  1. The online store operating at www.zezuzulla.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store<\/b>, sells goods via the Internet. Placing an order in the Store requires the Customer to complete the order form and accept the terms, conditions, and delivery costs specified in these Terms and Conditions and in the order itself.<\/p><\/li>

  2. The purchasing party in the Store, hereinafter referred to as the Customer<\/b>, may only be an adult individual (natural person) or a registered business entity.<\/p><\/li>

  3. The owner of the www.zezuzulla.pl online store is Biuro Projektowe Zezuzulla Emilia Pruchnicka<\/b> (registered business address: 87-100 Toru\u0144, ul. Szosa Lubicka 15C\/16, NIP: 9591604348, REGON: 341367021).<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    Offer<\/strong><\/h5>

    1. All product prices in the Store are listed in PLN and include VAT.<\/p><\/li>

    2. All offered goods are brand new.<\/p><\/li>

    3. The quantity and selection of products offered in the Store are variable and subject to continuous updates. The Store reserves the right to change the prices of offered items. The price binding for the Customer is the price displayed next to the product at the moment of placing the order.<\/p><\/li>

    4. Promotional items in the Store are available in limited quantities. Orders for promotional items are processed in the order received until stocks last.<\/p><\/li>

    5. The Store owner reserves the right to offer goods at promotional prices and to offer free delivery promotions.<\/p><\/li>

    6. The Store makes every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately represent their actual characteristics.<\/p><\/li>

    7. Manufacturer names and brand names presented on the Store’s pages belong to their respective owners.<\/p><\/li>

    8. All materials posted on the website (photos, text, graphic assets) are the property of Biuro Projektowe Zezuzulla Emilia Pruchnicka or its partner companies. Any use without explicit consent from the owner is prohibited.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

      Order Processing<\/strong><\/h5>

      1. To complete a purchase, an order must be properly submitted. An order is deemed valid and binding once the Customer completes the order form correctly and submits it via the registration system and mechanisms on the Store’s website.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Product orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In exceptional cases where an item is unavailable, the Customer will be notified immediately to decide on the next steps. The Customer may cancel the entire order, consent to partial fulfillment, or agree to an extended processing time.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Orders placed after 1:00 PM (13:00 CET) or on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be reviewed starting the next business day morning.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Upon placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation email. A Store representative may also contact the Customer by phone to confirm the order details.<\/p><\/li>

      5. The Store reserves the right to:<\/p>

        • Refuse an order that contains incomplete data necessary for confirmation and proper delivery.<\/p><\/li>

        • Refuse an order that raises suspicions of misuse (e.g., artificially holding stock in the cart).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Modifications to an order can only be made prior to its dispatch.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

          Payments and Delivery<\/strong><\/h5>

          1. Customers may choose one of the following payment methods:<\/p>

            • 1.1 Bank Transfer<\/b>: To the Store’s bank account provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email.<\/p>

            • 1.2 Payment Card \/ Online Payment<\/b>: Processed via the Przelewy24<\/b> system.<\/p>

              The payment card processor is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Pozna\u0144, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Pozna\u0144 \u2013 Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Pozna\u0144, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS): 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

            • Order processing begins once payment is credited to the Store’s bank account.<\/p><\/li>

            • Purchased items are shipped within 1\u20135 business days after payment confirmation.<\/p><\/li>

            • Shipping is handled via DPD Courier<\/b>. DPD delivery typically takes 1\u20132 business days.<\/p><\/li>

            • Delivery costs are borne by the Customer. Standard shipping rates:<\/p>

              • 14.99 PLN<\/b> \u2013 DPD package (within Poland).<\/p>

                The Store may offer free shipping as part of special promotions.<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

              • The Store issues a receipt or proof of purchase for every order.<\/p><\/li>

              • Orders unpaid within 3 calendar days from the date of submission will be canceled and voided, unless otherwise agreed individually between the Customer and the Store.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                Exchanges, Returns, and Complaints<\/strong><\/h5>

                1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Store via an unequivocal statement (e.g., by letter to: Biuro Projektowe Zezuzulla, ul. Szosa Lubicka 15C\/16, 87-100 Toru\u0144<\/i>, or via email to: kontakt@zezuzulla.pl<\/b>).<\/p>

                  The Store guarantees the right to return unused items within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods show no signs of use, damage, or wear. Note:<\/b> Tags, labels, and original brand markings must remain intact.<\/p>

                  • 1.1<\/b> Items must be returned to the Store address marked with “RETURN”<\/b> (“ZWROT”). Include the proof of purchase (receipt) and a completed return\/exchange form specifying the bank account details for the refund.<\/p><\/li>

                  • 1.2<\/b> Returns should be sent via REGISTERED MAIL<\/b> (Poczta Polska) or via courier to:<\/p>

                    The Customer must retain proof of postage.<\/i><\/p><\/li>

                  • 1.3<\/b> Return shipping costs are covered by the Customer.<\/p><\/li>

                  • 1.4<\/b> Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, the Store will issue a full refund (gross value of the goods) to the Customer’s bank account.<\/p><\/li>

                  • 1.5<\/b> The Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return postage is provided.<\/p><\/li>

                  • 1.6<\/b> The Store does not accept Cash-on-Delivery (COD) shipments.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

                  • Exchanges<\/b>: To exchange an item, send the unused product along with the proof of purchase and return\/exchange form to the Store marked “EXCHANGE”<\/b> (“WYMIANA”) within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>

                    • 2.1<\/b> Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the Customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

                    • Complaints<\/b>: For product defect complaints, ship the item at your expense along with the proof of purchase and claim form to the Store marked “COMPLAINT”<\/b> (“REKLAMACJA”).<\/p>

                      • 3.1<\/b> Mechanical damage resulting from improper use is not covered by complaints.<\/p><\/li>

                      • 3.2<\/b> Include original proof of purchase (or alternative purchase confirmation) and the complaint form with the return parcel.<\/p><\/li>

                      • 3.3<\/b> Complaints must be sent via REGISTERED MAIL<\/b> or courier exclusively to:<\/p>

                      • Complaints, delivery delays, discrepancies, or transit damage should be reported immediately to kontakt@zezuzulla.pl<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>

                      • Complaints will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.<\/p><\/li>

                      • Upon approval of a complaint, defective goods will be repaired or replaced with a new, defect-free item. If repair or replacement is impossible or significantly delayed, the Store will issue a refund or offer alternative available products based on mutual agreement. Shipping costs for replaced or repaired items are covered by the Store.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                        Personal Data Protection<\/strong><\/h5>

                        1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of personal data provided in the order form to the extent necessary for order execution and record-keeping, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.<\/p><\/li>

                        2. Customers retain the right to inspect, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. The Store commits not to share any customer details (address or email) with third parties for reasons unrelated to order fulfillment.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

                          Final Provisions<\/strong><\/h5>

                          1. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable provisions of the Civil Code and statutory consumer rights protection legislation.<\/p><\/li>
